I bought a recumbent bike from Fitness Depot which worked great for six months. Then the tension broke. It took them two months to get the part, which ended up being the wrong part. Customer service never, ever returns your phone call when you check on your repair. Ordered part again and then the repairman quit and no one told me; ordered part again and it was the wrong one. Five months later my bike is still not fixed. Beware!
